Evaluation of 161 Tb-Labeled DOTA-Ibandronate for Targeted Radionuclide Therapy in Bone Metastases Click to copy article link Article link copied!
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! Building upon our previous work on [68Ga]Ga/[177Lu]Lu-DOTA-Ibandronate and its demonstrated clinical applicability, this study investigates the biological behavior and translational potential of the novel therapeutic radiopharmaceutical terbium-161 (161Tb)-labeled DOTA-IBA. The radiolabeling parameters of [161Tb]Tb-DOTA-IBA were first optimized, followed by a systematic assessment of its physicochemical characteristics.
Development and validation of a clinical-adipometric nomogram for predicting tumor response to transarterial chemoembolization in hepatocellular carcinoma
Abstract Transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) is the first-line therapy for intermediate-stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), yet treatment response exhibits marked heterogeneity and robust preoperative predictive tools are lacking. This study developed and validated a novel nomogram integrating CT-quantified body composition parameters with clinical factors to predict tumor response in 209 HCC patients after TACE.
Distinct origins of human low and high alpha rhythms revealed by simultaneous EEG-SEEG - Communications Biology
Abstract Alpha-band activity is the most prominent neurobiological feature of scalp electroencephalography (EEG) signals, recent findings showed that there is more than one alpha rhythm coexisted in this 8-13 Hz band, but the generation mechanism of them was not fully understood.
