Metastases to the iris from carcinomas are rare, comprising approximately 3% of all iris lesions and accounting for 5–10% of uveal metastases [1]. Predominant primary sites include the breast and lung cancer [2]. The prognosis for patients with metastatic disease to the uvea generally is poor [3].

4. Materials and Methods 4.1. Ethics Approval and Consent to Participate Subjects were recruited from the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of Sun Yat-sen University (Guangzhou, China) between September 2023 and June 2024. The study protocol received approval from the Ethical Review Committee of the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (2021KYPJ168-2). All procedures involving human subjects were conducted in accordance with the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki.
