Tumor Biology: The two faces of JAK-STAT

Breast tumors are not made of cancer cells alone. They are more like busy neighborhoods, where cancer cells, immune cells, blood vessels and supporting cells exchange signals. Some signals help the tumor grow, while others help the immune system fight back. The same signal can thus mean different things in different cells. One example is the JAK-STAT pathway. It helps cells respond to messages from their surroundings.

Up to this point, keyword extraction task typically relies solely on textual data. Neglecting visual details and audio features from image and audio modalities leads to deficiencies in information richness and overlooks potential correlations, thereby constraining the model's ability to learn representations of the data and the accuracy of model predictions.
