Transwell migration and invasion test Cells were collected 48 h after transfection for Transwell assay. A total of 40 μL of diluted Matrigel gum (volume ratio of serum-free medium to Matrigel gum is 1: 8) was previously added to the filter membrane of the Transwell chamber in the invasion test, which was neglected in the migration test.
