Physics-constrained reconstruction for super-resolution ptychographic structured modulation microscopy
Conventional optical microscopy is diffraction-limited, measuring only the optical-field intensity while discarding the phase information essential for quantitative imaging. Ptychographic structured modulation extends spatial-frequency support via diffuser modulation but suffers from degradation under misalignment, noise, and weak priors.
Single-pixel imaging method based on equivariant plug-and-play
Single-pixel imaging is an emerging imaging technology that decomposes the imaging process into modulation and reconstruction processes. Inspired by equivariant imaging, this study incorporates the theory of equivariant imaging into the plug-and-play-based single-pixel imaging framework, proposing equivariant plug-and-play-based single-pixel imaging (EPnP-SPI).
Imaging through a scattering medium via model-driven deep learning
Imaging through a scattering medium is of great significance in many areas. Especially, speckle correlation imaging has been valued for its noninvasiveness. In this work, we report a deep learning solution that incorporates the physical model and an additional regularization for high-fidelity speckle correlation imaging.
