A high-energy, high-stability ps-OPCPA seeding system is demonstrated. By implementing effective B-integral management, the pump energy was scaling from 10 to 20 mJ while avoiding self-focusing, resulting in 1.34 mJ signal pulses. Using a passively thermally compensated regenerative-amplifier support structure with an optimized resonator configuration, the far-field pointing stability of the amplified signal was $5.1/7.7 \;\unicode{x00B5}\text{rad}$ ($\text{X}/\text{Y}$).
