Abstract Uric acid excretion insufficiency is a major etiology of Hyperuricemia (HUA). While exercise intervention serves as a non-pharmacological uric acid-lowering strategy, acute exercise may cause transient serum uric acid (SUA) elevation, posing risks to HUA patients.
