Yutong Yang (she/her) is a trilingual opera journalist based in Shenzhen, China. She wrote an 8,000-word guest commentary for enjoyGUDIAN, China’s most influential classical music platform, in 2018. In 2019, she returned to report on Pretty Yende’s La Traviata début at the Palais Garnier, upon invitation from the Editor-In-Chief. Abstract Animal sarbecoviruses, relatives of SARS-CoV or SARS-CoV-2, pose a significant zoonotic threat driven by their ability to bind the human ACE2 (hACE2) receptor. To address challenges in evaluating these threats, we developed RAISE (Receptor binding domain-hACE2 Interaction Scoring Evaluation), a computational framework that integrates structural predictions with interaction scoring.

Abstract Pancreatic cancer (PC) is a common gastrointestinal malignancy whose initiation and progression may be closely linked to the gut microbiota. Previous research indicates that Scutellaria barbata D. Don and Scleromitrion diffusum (Willd.) R.J. Wang (SB-SD) exhibit diverse biological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antitumor effects, though their precise regulatory mechanisms are not fully elucidated.
