Fergus Falls hosted the Special Olympics Regional West Basketball Competition on April 16 in the Kennedy Secondary School Gold Gym. There were 125 registered participants, including 80 athletes, coaches and unified partners from Fergus Falls, Perham, Alexandria, Moorhead and Battle Lake. Those participants made up three 3-on-3, three 5-on-5 and three unified 5-on-5 teams.
