You’ve just finished straightening your emo fringe that’s covering half of your face and eyesight, your skinny jeans are tighter than your bank balance in 2026, you’re locked in on a HTML coding sesh to edit your MySpace whilst contemplating an update to your Top 8. You’re soundtracking this all to ‘Count Your Blessings’, the debut album by Bring Me The Horizon. It was a different time, for sure.

All good things must come to an end, and it is with a heavy heart that we share that as of today – August 16th 2021 – DEAD PRESS! is sadly no more. DEAD PRESS! initially began as a portfolio, but soon grew and flourished into a full blown independent music publication. Over the past 10+ years we have covered a countless amount of artists, helped to push some of those newcomers into the bigger names that you see today, and reviewed thousands of albums, EPs, and gigs.
