Band and Vacancy Engineering in SnTe to Improve its Thermoelectric Performance
Band and Vacancy Engineering in SnTe to Improve its Thermoelectric Performance SnTe is a promising thermoelectric material with low cost and high stability. However, its performance is limited by the large energy separation between the light hole L band and the lower heavy hole Σ band. Despite the efforts being made to induce band convergence, the improvements are very limited.

Compressible Non-Newtonian Fluid Based Road Traffic Flow Equation Solved by Physical-Informed Rational Neural Network
Data has shown that China’s urbanization process has been continuously accelerating, at the end of the year 2021, the urbanization rate of China’s resident population has reached up to 64.72% [1]. In the expanding scale of large and medium-sized cities, limited urban transportation resources and increasing transportation demand have formed a significant supply-demand contradiction [2].

Challenges, Experience, and Prospects of Urban Renewal in High-Density Cities: A Review for Hong Kong
4.1. Adaptability of TDR in Hong Kong TDRs are an efficient solution to the inefficiencies of urban renewal in Hong Kong and can provide developers with an effective incentive to participate in the urban renewal of high-density projects. The Hong Kong government has explored TDRs as a solution to the problem of insufficient private sector participation in urban renewal.

What do young adults on the edges of homeownership look like in big cities in an emerging economy: Evidence from Shanghai
The characteristics of young households positioned on the edges of homeownership in a rapidly growing economy are investigated. This empirical work is based on a unique survey conducted in 2011 in Shanghai, which enables us to determine how young renters assess their major financial obstacles to becoming homeowners. We distinguish whether young renters attempting to access homeownership are constrained by a lack of sufficient funds for a down-payment, or by inadequate income, or by both.
