1 Introduction Underrepresentation of specific populations in reference genomic databases is increasingly recognized to significantly hinder accurate clinical interpretation and relevance of rare genomic variants (Khalaf-Nazzal et al. 2024; Rosamilia et al. 2024), leading to significant genomic healthcare inequalities and challenges (Manrai et al. 2016).
