It was mixed feels for Harwich' RNLI Inshore lifeboat crew after a call out earlier this week. They were sent on a shout down the River Stour to what was thought to be a stranded vessel on the muddy bank. It was confirmed that the vessel was, in fact, a rowing boat, with the person back on board but not appropriately dressed for the significantly lower temperatures of the day, in stark contrast to the previous weeks and months.
