Alan Weissberger’s Biography

Alan J Weissberger, ScD EE MIT, is the Content Manager for the IEEE Techblog (techblog.comsoc.org which was previously community.comsoc.org). He's also a principal author at Viodi.com, Manager and Moderator of the IEEE Member Discussion list, North American Correspondent for the IEEE Global Communications Newsletter, Chairman Emeritus and Advisor to IEEE ComSocSCV.

Alan was the founder and past Chairman of the IEEE Silicon Valley Technology History committee (2013-2015). He is an IEEE Sr Life Member who was an adjunct professor at SCU EE Dept and a Research Scholar in the SCU School of Engineering.
