Why did you become a journalist?

I am a Registered Dietitian by trade and love sharing helpful tips for bettering nutrition and overall diet quality with others.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I wrote the 4-week meal plan and recipes for the New York Times bestsellers, Fiber Fueled and Fiber Fueled Cookbook.
