Seven years later, as Gov. (WPRI) — Former Central Falls Judge Joseph Molina Flynn appeared in federal court Tuesday after reaching a deal to eventually plead guilty in an alleged scheme to defraud immigrant clients. Molina Flynn, 43, entered the courtroom wearing a navy suit and glasses and sporting a short beard. Although Tuesday’s hearing was technically an arraignment, he has already agreed to plead guilty under an agreement with federal prosecutors that will be considered by a judge at a later date.
