The event is organized by Those Two Chicks Events. Co-owners Aubrey Booth and Melanie Lunney said planning for this year’s festival began a year ago. TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Electric bicycles and electric motorcycles may look similar, but Twin Falls police say the legal differences between the two are significant — and getting them wrong can cost riders hundreds of dollars. Officer Joel Smith of the Twin Falls Police Department’s traffic unit said the key distinction comes down to pedals, power, and speed. An electric bicycle has functioning pedals, a motor capped at 750 watts, and a top assisted speed of 28 miles per hour.
