According to the Utah Division of Natural Resources (DNR), they received reports of an Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) crash in the parking lot of Heritage Park around 4:15 p.m. Four teenagers, all reportedly from California, were reportedly doing "donuts" in the parking lot, when the vehicle overturned.
