I contribute regularly to a number of publications, and most often at Slate, where I focus on big data and our everyday lives.

I hold an M.S. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and previously worked at Newsweek and The Wall Street Journal, where I covered emerging technology trends, culture and media. I was based in Hong Kong and Tokyo.
