Over the past nearly thirty-three years, Brian Hibbs has been running the San Francisco comics shop Comix Experience. Comix Experience isn’t Brian Hibbs’ only contribution to the comics industry. Hibbs also created and ran one of comics’ earliest review sites, Savage Critics, for years and has been writing about the comics industry in his column “Tilting at Windmills” since 1991.
