CALL KENS: A family is tired of their property flooding during every strong rain; Now the city is looking into it.

SAN ANTONIO — Aaron Wing said his family has to worry about their porch and yard flooding every single time they get a strong rain. He said the city resurfaced their street around five years ago but didn’t upgrade their sidewalks. “They redid the street and almost buried the sidewalk with the asphalt,” Wing said. When KENS 5 came out to the street, we found the sidewalk was still there but there was almost no curb for a large part of that block.

Why are NBA Finals tickets so expensive? Original

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs are headed to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2014, and fans hoping to see them in person should be ready to pay. At Frost Bank Center, the cheapest tickets KENS 5 could find for the first game of the NBA Finals were around $1,000 on the balcony. Lower-level seats started at $3,300, while seats close to the front row were listed between $10,000 and $20,000. This story continues below.

Call KENS: A senior was worried she was losing care after getting a letter from her provider. KENS 5 helped clear it up.

SAN ANTONIO — A northwest San Antonio senior said she was frustrated and confused after receiving a letter from Gonzaba Medical Group which said they  would no longer serve as her primary care provider after 60 days. Brenda Stuhldreher, 79, said she received a letter from Gonzaba Medical Group around April 28. The letter said the provider was reviewing it's "care delivery model." This story continues below.
