For the longest time, watching TV shows and films had been more than an act of entertainment for me because when a screenwriter pens down the story and a director helms the film, they have a vision, thoughts, like-dislikes, in fact, the history of cinema itself, which they bring to the screen.
Thus, for me, obsessing over the tiniest detail in films, shows, and documentaries, theorizing about it, finding that elusive plot hole, and recognizing patterns is not just work, it is my inclination, my by-default passion to evaluate these works of creativity and deduce the agenda, aim, and thought process that went into creating it.
If we talk about topics specifically, I work best with films and shows that reel in the rich past of their respective universes. The ones which are loaded with references, possible theories, open ends that make a creative mind wander, and whatnot. So, to specify, my area of expertise, I prefer working on spinning plot theories, finding plot holes, Easter eggs and references, doing explainer pieces, reviews, and more.
