Yes, I have personally but not for official purpose.

How is social media changing news?

Social media has had a positive impact on news distribution, it is a platform where any news can go global.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

To provide authentic and genuine information for the readers.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?

A unique and innovative pitch will always be preferred. I would urge that the pitch should not come up as a promotional or a sales pitch.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Mainly I use transcribing tools, MS Office, image editing tools social media posting tools, CMS and Google Analytics.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I am currently working on stories related to Artificial Intelligence and I am pretty excited about learning more on this topic.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Be true to yourself.

2-4 PM (IST)

There was a pitch for a story related to IoT implementations in Traffic Lights in India.

What's your favorite drink?

Black Tea

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

Riding motorcycles and photography.

I enjoy reading The Verge, WonderHowTo, CIO.COM and curiosity.com

What's the most common misperception about your beat?

Sometimes people think tech-related stories are very complicated and are not meant for them.
