INDIANAPOLIS — A 22-year-old man is facing felony charges after allegedly speeding through downtown Indianapolis, crashing and injuring four people before running from police. Police received a report around 8:30 p.m. May 31 about a large party, with reportedly more than 100 people, partying and spilling into the street near Vermont and West streets. When officers arrived, they said they saw a Dodge Charger leave the scene at more than 80 mph, where the posted speed limit is 25 mph.
