Bec Legato’s Biography

Bec Legato is journalist who graduated with a double minor in art history and international communications. Bec works for CNN as a News Associate and worked for them previously as an editorial intern in the summer of 2023. They also were the Station Manager of WICB, an FM-regulated radio station their senior year of school.

As a news associate, Bec has worked with multiple show teams, "Inside Politics" and "State of the Union" especially, creating visual elements and doing research for the larger guests, preparing for interviews and assisting producers in writing questions. Bec also has worked with the special coverage teams working on their video team and monitoring coverage as the night continues.
