3D object removal aims to remove target objects from reconstructed scenes and complete the geometry and appearance of occluded regions. Existing NeRF- and 3DGS-based methods typically inpaint 2D images to guide 3D completion. However, complex multi-object layouts limit the surrounding context visible in each view, making 2D inpainting prone to artifacts.

Oral and upper gastrointestinal Crohn’s disease: new perspectives on pathogenesis and clinical management
Abstract Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that is closely associated with genetic factors, immune dysregulation and microbial imbalance. Lesions involving the oral cavity and upper gastrointestinal tract constitute a common yet clinically overlooked manifestation of this disease. This article reviews the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying disease onset and progression, and evaluates the diagnostic performance of various noninvasive and serum biomarkers.
Pollution assessment and source analysis of heavy metals and nutrients in sediments of Liujiaxia reservoir, upper Yellow River, China
Abstract To investigate the pollution characteristics, ecological risks, and sources of nutrients and heavy metals in the sediments of the Liujiaxia Reservoir, 21 surface sediment samples were collected in August 2025. Concentrations of total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), and eight heavy metals were determined, and pollution levels were evaluated using sediment quality guidelines (SQGs), the improved geo-accumulation index, and the potential ecological risk index.

State estimation and dynamic compensation cooperative sliding mode control for space flexible manipulators
Abstract In response to the issue of total interference suppression in space flexible manipulator systems, a state estimation and dynamic compensation cooperative sliding mode control strategy is proposed, based on a neural network-based disturbance observer and a sliding mode observer. This approach leverages the approximation capability of neural networks to estimate and compensate for the system’s composite uncertainties in real-time.
Disaster preparedness knowledge and experiences among nurses during a competitive tabletop exercise program
Abstract Background: Disasters are increasing globally, necessitating enhanced disaster response competencies among frontline nurses. Tabletop exercise (TTX), as a low-resource, immersive scenario-based training tool, offers significant potential for improving nurses’ disaster preparedness. However, systematic evaluations of nurse-centered TTX programs remain scarce in China.

Case Report: a novel non-canonical splice site variant in COL4A5 in a patient with Alport syndrome
Abstract Alport syndrome (AS) is a genetically heterogeneous disorder caused by mutations in type IV collagen genes, clinically characterized by progressive renal function deterioration. Despite advances in genetic screening technologies, cases resulting from non-canonical splice site variants remain diagnostically challenging, frequently leading to missed diagnoses or delayed therapeutic intervention.

Elimination of Space Charge Effects in Passivation Films: The Key to Substantially Enhancing the Dielectric Properties of Tantalum Oxide Films Tantalum (Ta) electrolytic capacitors have been in widespread use for over half a century, yet the breakdown of the dielectric layer (Ta oxide film, Ta2O5) remains a challenging issue today. This study, for the first time, determines that the natural passivation film is a critical factor in inducing the breakdown of Ta oxide.
T cell memory response to MPXV infection exhibits greater effector function and migratory potential compared to MVA-BN vaccination - Nature Communications
Abstract In 2022, a global mpox outbreak occurred, and remains a concern today. The T cell memory response to MPXV (monkeypox virus) infection has not been fully investigated. In this study, we evaluate this response in convalescent and MVA-BN (Modified Vaccinia Ankara - Bavarian Nordic) vaccinated individuals using VACV-infected cells. Strong CD8+ and CD4+ T cell responses are observed, and T cell responses are biased towards viral early expressed proteins.

In situ self-assembled peptide nanoparticles improves anti-hepatic fibrosis effect
In situ self-assembled peptide nanoparticles improves anti-hepatic fibrosis effect Antagonistic peptide Leu–Ser–Lys–Leu (LSKL) is capable of blocking transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) signaling pathway and exhibits anti-fibrotic effect. Herein, we constructed LSKL nanoparticles (NPs) in situ based on alkaline phosphatase (ALP)-instructed self-assembly strategy for improving its specific therapeutic effect against liver fibrosis.

Targeting Liver Epsins Ameliorates Dyslipidemia in Atherosclerosis
Abstract Rationale: Low density cholesterol receptor (LDLR) in the liver is critical for the clearance of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the blood. In atherogenic conditions, proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin 9 (PCSK9) secreted by the liver, in a nonenzymatic fashion, binds to LDLR on the surface of hepatocytes, preventing its recycling and enhancing its degradation in lysosomes, resulting in reduced LDL-C clearance.
Epsins oversee smooth muscle cell reprogramming by influencing master regulators KLF4 and OCT4.
Abstract Smooth muscle cells in major arteries play a crucial role in regulating coronary artery disease. Conversion of smooth muscle cells into other adverse cell types in the artery propels the pathogenesis of the disease. Curtailing artery plaque buildup by modulating smooth muscle cell reprograming presents us a new opportunity to thwart coronary artery disease.

Phys. Rev. A 109, 053504 (2024) - Angle-insensitive transmission and absorption with a PT phase transition via coupled interface states in hybrid one-dimensional photonic crystal heterostructures
Non-Hermitian systems offer novel methods for manipulating electromagnetic waves, including applications in sensing and mode conversion, attracting significant research interest. In this work, we propose a hybrid photonic crystal comprised of two topologically distinct heterostructures with angle-insensitive band gaps. This hybrid photonic crystal can sustain two topological interface states (TISs), and is considered as an optical non-Hermitian system.

A Dynamic Trust Model for Underwater Sensor Networks Fusing Deep Reinforcement Learning and Random Forest Algorithm
1. Introduction Underwater acoustic sensor networks (UASNs) find extensive applications in marine environmental monitoring, marine resource exploration and utilization, geological disaster prediction, as well as marine national defense and security [1,2,3]. UASNs consist of tens or hundreds of battery-powered underwater sensor nodes, which are typically distributed in unsupervised, or even hostile, environments and are highly vulnerable to malicious attacks and threats [4].
