BRIGHTON, Mo. — Good Samaritan Boys Ranch has been operating in Southwest Missouri for over 65 years, and in that time, they have grown to become a regional leader in helping foster youth heal after experiencing abuse and neglect, serving around 130 across their programs. Good Samaritan has multiple different programs; they are most known for their boy ranch, a 24-hour residential treatment program for boys aged 11 to 18, but they also offer transitional living and stabilization.
