BRANSON, Mo. — A Branson homeowners association has filed a lawsuit against its former president, alleging she improperly used more than $30,000 in association funds to pay for repairs inside condominium units that should have been the responsibility of individual owners. The lawsuit, filed July 31 in Taney County Circuit Court, was brought by The Woodlands Property Owners Association against Cheryl Honey and her husband, Clint Honey.

On August 12, Buc-ee’s will open a new location in San Marcos, Texas, roughly halfway between Austin and San Antonio. The site cost roughly $47.2 million, according to local reporting.
