SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Notre Dame men’s basketball is back in the gym this summer, with the program using its offseason workouts as a reset following a disappointing season. The focus this summer includes tightening up on defense, sharper execution on offense, and building chemistry with new players. Head coach Micah Shrewsberry said the team has clear areas to address heading into the new season. “Obviously, from a basketball standpoint, we need to be better defensively,” Shrewsberry said.
