PHOENIX — Every Friday in October, guests who donate eight cans of nonperishable food can receive free same-day admission to the Arizona State Fair. The offer is available October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, between 12 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. All donations benefit St. Mary's Food Bank and Operation Santa Claus. This effort is sponsored by Sanderson Ford. Three viewers came to the Let ABC15 Know team with very different consumer problems — and all three walked away with their issues resolved, thanks to our Let ABC15 Know Better Business Bureau volunteers. Diane, Apache Junction — Air conditioner rebate Diane, from Apache Junction, emailed the Let ABC15 Know team after purchasing a new air conditioner and being promised a $300 rebate. She said she filled out the required paperwork but never received her money.

PHOENIX, AZ — Data from the FTC shows that people reported losing the most money in 2025 to investment scams that originated on social media, with losses of $1.1 billion. Once that money is gone, it's almost impossible to get it back. The Let ABC15 Know team has heard from multiple people who have fallen victim to investment scams. None of them felt comfortable talking about it on camera, but they all had one thing in common: by the time they realized it was a scam, it was too late.
