Judge blocks DOJ from obtaining transgender patients' medical records

A judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has granted a request from multiple transgender people for a temporary restraining order, blocking the disclosure of plaintiffs' and class members' medical information to the Justice Department. Judge Katherine Polk Failla approved the Temporary Restraining Order and Provisional Class Certification, preventing any further information from being provided to the Trump-led DOJ.

Yes. When I first started as a reporter in 1973 in High School, we used the then very modern IBM Selectric 2 typewriters.

How is social media changing news?

Drastically and in some ways not well. With the news cycles now in literally nanoseconds, reporters need to keep up but still be accurate.
