TRASH COLLECTION HAS STALLED IN CHULA VISTA AS WORKERS SHOW SUPPORT FOR A NATIONWIDE STRIKE. THE TEAMSTERS UNION IS NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS WITH REPUBLIC SERVICES IN SEVERAL CITIES.
