1 INTRODUCTION Beckwith–Wiedemann spectrum (BWSp) is a congenital overgrowth disorder associated with increased predisposition to embryonal tumors such as hepatoblastoma and Wilms tumor (Brioude et al., 2018). Patients with BWSp may express a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations including macroglossia, omphalocele, lateralized overgrowth, and hypoglycemia (Wang et al., 2019).
