Dramatic new video shows the moment a small plane crashed while it was on its way back to Whiteman Airport in Pacoima on Monday. The video shows the plane clipping power lines while coming in for landing, causing a massive spark before crashing upside down in a parking lot near San Fernando Road and Van Nuys Boulevard. Good Samaritans who witnessed the crash lifted the wreckage to pull out the 72-year-old pilot, who survived and is said to be in critical condition.
