Building Empathy Into Your Messaging With Thoughtful Brand Guidelines
Words matter. You’ve heard the phrase before, but this year it feels even more resonant. Words hold power. They have the ability to make us feel comforted, understood, and cared for. They can incite us to take action, offer encouragement, or warn us against danger. Then there’s the flipside: The fact that words can produce anxiety, cause distress, or make us feel sad. What we say, and how we say it, can have an enormous impact on our ability to connect with our desired audience—or to alienate them.
How Marketers Can Adapt to a Chaotic Age
Right now, everyone is struggling. We’re seeing disasters compounding other disasters and trying to deal with a news cycle that’s moving faster that the human mind can comfortably comprehend. Throughout 2020, it’s been a challenge for brands to adjust to today’s challenging, shifting landscape and create marketing campaigns that feel appropriate to the times while still moving the needle.

1. instrumental 2. Si no salgo rápido no llegaré a mañana. Esto es lo que tengo que hacer. 3.
Madrid, by Caliza
Madrid, no me dejes caer, no me quiero hundir.

Why I Quit My Dream Job – Casey Dienel – Medium
I was eight when I realized all I wanted was to be a musician. Shy and new to our town, I was terminally anxious. I had a talent for hiding in plain sight. To find me, all you needed to do was look for a piano. Like friends, I sought them out, committed their locations to memory. Shoved into a gym corner, beside the auditorium stage, the choir room at the back of our church. No one locked me in a practice room for hours or told me I was gifted.
