STUDENT – STUDENT PUBLICATIONS Winner: Chad Garland, Andrew Knochel, Arizona State University/ News 21, for “Scoundrels, Thieves and Rip-off Artists’ Prey on Veterans.” Clean, thorough, comprehensive presentation of what was clearly a hefty amount of data and interviews. The use of uncovering of significant information was stunning. A tremendous job.
