Abstract N6-methyladenosine (m6A) represents the most abundant mRNA modification, yet its role in natural killer (NK) cell development remains incompletely understood. Here we demonstrate that the m6A methyltransferase METTL14 plays an indispensable, stage-specific role in early NK cell development. Mettl14 deficiency at the progenitor stage caused severe NK cell lymphopenia by disrupting the NK progenitor to immature NK cell transition.

Abstract Background: Physical activity, screen-based leisure, and diet co-occur, but profiles estimated from a small set of indicators may be sensitive to historical period and model assumptions. We identified profiles defined by total physical activity, reported entertainment screen time, and dietary fat contribution to energy intake in the 2004–2011 China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS), and examined their concurrent associations with weight status.

It incorporates a GhostDynamic Module to reduce complexity and a Multi-Scale Attention (MSAttention) mechanism to improve feature extraction across varying nodule sizes.
