British-American multimedia journalist passionate about exploring the connection between international & local scale stories. I'm open to covering any topic & have experience reporting on politics, finance, crime, culture, business, tech, thinkpieces, analysis, & more. My expertise is in foreign affairs; I've reported from Ukraine, Ireland, & the US. Open to collaborations in the journalism industry.
I'm pursuing a combined BA in Journalism & International Affairs with a minor in Linguistics at Northeastern University in Boston (graduating Spring 2027). I'm also a Senior Reporter and former City Editor at The Huntington News, the independent student-run newspaper of Northeastern University. I was most recently employed as a Journalist Intern at Hot Press in Dublin, Ireland. Colleagues describe me as proactive, adaptable, resourceful, & hungry for news.
Outside of journalism, I enjoy travel, photography, reading nonfiction, podcast production, graphic design, & language learning (fluent in three, proficient in five). I was a competitive rower/coxswain for 10 years (juniors, masters, and D1 collegiate levels) before stepping away from sport to focus on my career. Currently seeking fellowship opportunities for interdisciplinary research in media, politics, & linguistics.
