Chloe Johnston, Aspen Shumpert A Boise man accused of fatally stabbing another man along the Boise River Greenbelt earlier this week made his first court appearance Friday, after being charged with first-degree murder. Ross Wardlaw, 41, was arrested Thursday afternoon and booked into the Ada County Jail in connection with the death of Jordan Harbst, whose body was found near the Greenbelt between Pioneer Pathway and 11th Street on July 6. Wardlaw was arraigned in Ada County on Friday, July 10.
