No rain is expected throughout the day and into the evening as well. Make sure to go outside today and enjoy the weather because storms are expected to start hitting the area closer to Monday and possibly throughout next week.

NEW YORK (PIX11) — More storms could bring floods and damage in and around New York City on Tuesday. Flood watches were issued for New York City and much of New Jersey for what is tracking to be multiple inches of rainfall, according to PIX11 meteorologists. Saturday’s storm caused incredible flooding in Manhattan and Queens. Due to the ground’s saturation, even half of the rainfall from over the weekend could be devastating to those who just dried off.
