This smelled really good while it was cooking with the vanilla and cinnamon, but it was a fail all around. The ratio of milk to egg is way off. I cut this in half and used the full egg, half the milk, half the cinnamon, and half the vanilla. The batter made enough for 3 slices of bread after scaling it down to half, the bread was soggy and wet, and it needed a lot of sugar. I tried eating this without syrup, but it needs sugar to offset the spicy cinnamon.
