In my column last month, I introduced you to Mrs. Adams, an elderly hoarder for whom, back in 1984, I was tasked with a year-long commitment to rid her of her oh-so-many pests. It certainly was a challenge those first few months because there was no way I could treat the account in the way in which I was trained. But I learned quickly that a few adjustments here and there made a world of difference.
