APMAT analysis reveals the association between CD8 T cell receptors, cognate antigen, and T cell phenotype and persistence - Nature Communications
Abstract Elucidating the relationships between a class I peptide antigen, a CD8 T cell receptor (TCR) specific to that antigen, and the T cell phenotype that emerges following antigen stimulation, remains a mostly unsolved problem, largely due to the lack of large data sets that can be mined to resolve such relationships.
Author Correction: Lifespan-extending interventions induce consistent patterns of fatty acid oxidation in mouse livers - Communications Biology
Correction to: Communications Biology https://doi.org/10.1038/s42003-023-05128-y, published online 22 July 2023 In this article, one of the affiliation details for Richard A. Miller was incorrectly given as ‘School of Health Sciences, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA’ but should have been ‘Department of Pathology, University of Michigan School of Medicine, Ann Arbor, MI, USA’. The original article has been corrected.
Lifespan-extending interventions induce consistent patterns of fatty acid oxidation in mouse livers - Communications Biology
Abstract Aging manifests as progressive deteriorations in homeostasis, requiring systems-level perspectives to investigate the gradual molecular dysregulation of underlying biological processes. Here, we report systemic changes in the molecular regulation of biological processes under multiple lifespan-extending interventions.
Blockade of interleukin 10 potentiates antitumour immune function in human colorectal cancer liver metastases
Materials and methods Ethics statement All investigations were performed according to the principles expressed in the Declaration of Helsinki. Samples for slice culture were procured from patients undergoing hepatic resection for CRLM who provided prior written-informed consent under a research protocol (no. 1852) approved by the University of Washington Institutional Review Board.

Modulation of Immune Checkpoints by Chemotherapy in Human Colorectal Liver Metastases
Highlights CRLM slice culture can assess immune response to chemotherapy Single-cell analysis identifies cancer subtypes with differing response to chemotherapy 5-FU+irinotecan modulates interferon and PD-L1 pathways in stem-like CRLM Combining chemotherapy with TIM-3 blockade is synergistic in enterocyte-like CRLM Summary Metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) is a major cause of cancer-related death, and incidence is rising in younger populations (younger than 50 years).
Multi-Omics Resolves a Sharp Disease-State Shift between Mild and Moderate COVID-19
Under a Creative Commons license open access Highlights • Analysis of serial blood from 139 COVID-19 patients reveals immune coordination • A major immunological shift is seen between mild and moderate infection • Moderate and severe cases exhibit inflammation and a sharp drop in blood nutrients • Novel immune cell subsets emerge in moderate cases and increase with severity Summary We present an integrated analysis of the clinical measurements, immune cells, and plasma multi-omics of 139...
