Utility providers serving the Pittsburgh region and counties in Western Pennsylvania say they expect to restore electricity by Sunday to about 24,000 remaining customers who've been without power since damaging storms swept through the region Thursday night. At the height of the outages, as many as 120,000 homes, schools and businesses lost power after the storms, which dropped between 2 and 4 inches of rain and packed high winds that damaged homes and felled trees and utility lines.
