Federated knowledge-guided 3D Transformer learning for bone tumor segmentation from partially annotated computed tomography data
Abstract Accurate 3D delineation of bone tumors and metastatic lesions from volumetric CT is essential for diagnosis, staging, radiotherapy planning, and treatment monitoring, yet manual contouring is time consuming and variable across observers. Although modern 3D CNN/Transformer segmenters achieve strong centralized performance, they typically assume pooled multi-institution data and consistent label definitions.
Clinical evaluation and predictive model development of AI-based non-invasive embryo selection in in vitro fertilization patients
Abstract Background: Embryo selection remains one of the most critical determinants of IVF success. Conventional embryo grading relies primarily on morphological assessment and is subject to inter-observer variability and limited predictive accuracy. Recent advances in AI have enabled non-invasive systems to analyze embryological and morphokinetic features, improving embryo selection and reproductive outcomes.

Ultrasound-guided deep learning framework with whole slide images for molecular subtyping of breast cancer: a multicentre, retrospective study
Abstract Accurate molecular subtyping of breast cancer is essential for personalized therapy, yet inconsistencies between biopsy and postoperative immunohistochemistry (IHC) due to tumor heterogeneity and sampling limitations pose clinical challenges. We developed Ultrasound-Guided Pathomic Subtyping (US-GPS), a cross-modal framework enabling subtype prediction using ultrasound (US) alone, guided by IHC-stained whole-slide images (WSIs) during training.

Impact of oliceridine versus sufentanil on postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing thyroid surgery: a prospective, double-blind, randomized controlled trial
Abstract Purpose Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is a common complication following thyroid surgery, often exacerbated by opioid use. Oliceridine, a novel G protein-biased μ-opioid receptor agonist, may reduce opioid-related adverse events. This study aimed to compare the impact of oliceridine versus sufentanil on the incidence and severity of PONV in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.
Social alienation and cognitive function among older adults: the mediating roles of ruminative thinking and self-neglect
Abstract Background: Cognitive decline has become a major public health concern in the context of global population aging. Social alienation has been identified as a significant modifiable factor associated with cognitive impairment. Although previous studies have suggested that depression mediates the association between social alienation and cognitive function, depression is a multidimensional construct.

You are already at the latest version Major depressive disorder (MDD) is increasingly understood as a disorder of integrated immune, endocrine, metabolic, neurovascular and synaptic regulation rather than a disease reducible to a single neurotransmitter deficit.
Immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated diabetic ketoacidosis induced by cadonilimab: a case report and literature review
Abstract Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) significantly improve prognosis and survival outcomes in cancer patients by enhancing immune function, thereby providing new therapeutic hope for cancer patients. However, with the widespread clinical application of ICIs, an increasing number of immune-related adverse events (irAEs) have been reported.

Effect of selenium application to grape soils on nutrient content, protein and amino acids and selenium enrichment
BACKGROUND Grape is regarded as a functional food because it contains glucose, fructose, and high content of phenolic compounds. The effect of foliar application of selenium (Se) is limited by the leaf absorption barrier and photooxidation loss of grapes. In contrast, soil application may provide a stable Se pool for root absorption, but its effect on Se morphology and nutritional value of grapes is not clear. RESULTS In this study, grapes were used as the research object.

This Oversold Stock Is 25% Undervalued. Is It Time to Buy?
Brown-Forman BF.B has had a rough few years. Demand weakness in the US and developed Europe and tariff concerns have taken a toll on results—and not surprisingly, the stock is well off its highs. But we think investors are underestimating the premium distiller’s long-term growth potential. Although the near-term demand outlook is weak, we expect brand strength, innovation, and emerging-market growth to return Brown-Forman’s annual sales to 3% expansion over the next decade.

This Stock Is Beating the Market in 2025 yet Still Looks Surprisingly Cheap
Dollar General DG is having a terrific year: Its shares are outperforming the broad US stock market 2-to-1 so far in 2025. Yet despite that rally, Dollar General stock is still trading 13% below our USD 117 fair value estimate. This stock to buy has more going for it than just its price, though. We think Dollar General has dug a narrow economic moat, as its store density provides a competitive edge even amid intense retail competition.
