Award winning Chelsea Flower Show garden arrives in Rotherham

In Rotherham, the garden will find a lasting, namesake home at BreathingSpace: a specialist site that cares for NHS patients with respiratory conditions. The Asthma + Lung UK Breathing Space garden was a hit with judges at the world famous flower show, which ran from Monday 19 May to Friday 23 May. It was awarded a silver medal overall and was commended in the 'Environmental Innovation' award category for using innovative, sustainable and low carbon materials and practices.

Trust scoops two awards at 2026 South Yorkshire Apprenticeship Awards

Kirsty, a member of the Children’s Therapy Administration Team at Kimberworth Place, picked up her award for her efforts whilst studying for a Team Leader Level 3 qualification. The apprenticeship has supported her to make further progress in her career - since starting to study for it, she has earned a new role as Administration Supervisor. The apprenticeship is the second qualification Kirsty has completed since joining as a Level 2 Business Admin apprentice five years ago.
