What was your first job as a journalist?
I've been writing about games since 2011. Two co-workers and I launched a little blog to host our thoughts and a podcast.
Have you ever used a typewriter?
Yes, briefly. They don't have auto-correct.
How is social media changing news?
Social media and SEO requirements have cut most outlets out of the developer-user circuit, changing the landscape of news massively.
Why did you become a journalist?
I really wanted to have a place to talk about all of the smaller games which weren't being discussed by the bigger outlets.
When's the best time to pitch you?
I rarely take pitches due to the nature of my work.
