Senior writer at The New York Times. Member of the paper's investigative unit since 2002. Native of Concord, Massachusetts. Graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. Proud alum of the Tampa Bay Times, the Rochester Times-Union and the Green Bay Press Gazette. Winner of three Pulitzer Prizes.

I wish it wasn't so, but yes. I actually took typing in high school. I hated typing class more than any other class I ever took.
