Two people wanted by police after £250 of food and alcohol stolen from petrol station

Officers want to speak with these people in connection with the shoplifting incident. Police have launched an investigation after hundreds of pounds worth of goods were stolen from a petrol station. According to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, the BP garage in West Street, Portchester, was targeted by shoplifters on the afternoon of Thursday, May 14. Those behind the crime took £250 worth of food and alcohol from the shop inside the forecourt.

Henry Nowak protest: Charges against ex-soldier from Gosport are dropped following riots

A judge ruled that he should be discharged, with the court recording a not guilty verdict. A former soldier charged following riots in Southampton has been released by the courts. Matt Styler from Orange Road in Gosport had been charged with one count of assaulting a police officer, to which he had pleaded not guilty. The 50-year-old was arrested in connection to the Henry Nowak protests in Southampton on June 2.
