Schottky barrier inhomogeneity of high current density AlN quasi-vertical Schottky barrier diodes on AlN/Sapphire templates
Abstract In this work, we investigate the Schottky barrier inhomogeneity of high-current–density (> 1 kA/cm2) quasi-vertical AlN Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) fabricated on AlN/Sapphire templates. The epilayers were grown using Agnitron Technology’s metal organic chemical vapor deposition system. The devices exhibited an ideality factor of 1.8, a Schottky barrier height of 1.65 eV, a specific on-resistance of 8.8 mΩ cm2, and a breakdown voltage of ~ 70 V.
Benchmarking AI-generated thin-slice CT under clinical reconstruction conditions: a multicohort study
Abstract Thin-slice CT provides finer anatomical depiction, but in some clinical settings, only thick-slice CT images are available, resulting in reduced visible anatomical detail. Simply resampling to a smaller through-plane spacing cannot alleviate partial-volume-related image degradation, motivating deep learning-based CT slice synthesis (CSS) as an auxiliary strategy.
Spatial heterogeneity analysis of marine influence on China
Abstract Objective/Introduction: The ocean has exerted a growing influence on human societal development over time. Investigating this influence at the national level is essential for informed marine spatial planning and policy-making. However, empirical assessments are often constrained by the scarcity and unstructured nature of relevant data.

HIF-1α-centered metabolic reprogramming in osteoarthritis: cell type-specific effects and intercellular crosstalk among chondrocytes, BMSCs, and macrophages
Abstract Osteoarthritis (OA) is a systemic metabolic disorder characterized by cartilage degeneration and pathological changes in the “core functional cell populations” in the joints, i.e., chondrocytes, bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells (BMSCs), and macrophages.
Traditional Chinese medicine as a potential barrier-oriented sensitization strategy for immune checkpoint blockade in microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer: from resistance mechanisms to translational validation
Abstract Background: Microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer (MSS-CRC) is refractory to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), mainly because of low tumor immunogenicity, impaired antigen presentation, immune exclusion, and myeloid- or Treg-dominated immunosuppression. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), characterized by multi-component and multi-target regulation, may provide complementary approaches for modulating these resistance barriers.
Comprehensive epidemiological analyses of urinary stone diseases in eastern China: a regional population-based study.
Urinary stone disease (USD, or urolithiasis) is common and poses a substantial healthcare and economic burden on the working-age population. This study aimed to provide epidemiological insights into the prevalence, incidence, trends, and risk factors of USD among the Chinese population. We conducted a prospective cohort study involving 966,481 participants from the CHinese Electronic health Records Research during 2009-2022 in Yinzhou, China (CHERRY).
Intelligent Monitoring and Dynamic Regulation Equipment and Software Development for the Equal-Pressure Fully Mechanized Mining Face in the Sandaogou Coal Mine
Abstract The coal seams mined in the Sandaogou Coal Mine are characterized by shallow burial depth, high susceptibility to spontaneous combustion, and near-horizontal occurrence. Surface air leakage not only leads to abnormal gas emissions from the goaf but also results in frequent low-oxygen conditions at the working face.
QUBO-enhanced SARIMA scenario generation for day-ahead market bidding of hybrid energy storage aggregators
Abstract Day-ahead joint bidding exposes a hybrid energy storage aggregator (HESA) to uncertainty in the locational marginal price, regulation market clearing capacity price, and regulation market performance clearing price. Conventional seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average (SARIMA) modeling calibrates forecast residuals separately for each price and hour, without using their co-movement within complete historical days.
Latent profile analysis of sleep quality and associated factors on sleep patterns in night-shift nurses: a cross-sectional study
Abstract Objective: This study aimed to investigate the potential categories of sleep quality in shift nurses using latent profile analysis, and to explore the characteristics and associated factors of sleep quality in each category. Methods: Convenience sampling was used to select 1,650 shift nurses from four tertiary A-level hospitals from May to June 2025.

Abstract Introduction: This research intended to systematically evaluate the impact of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) on the emotional well-being of individuals with type 2 diabetes.
Development and validation of a moral shielding questionnaire for adolescents based on decision-making process theory
Abstract Adolescents, while morally malleable, are susceptible to negative factors that can lead to moral shielding due to their ongoing physical, mental, and social development. Moral shielding creates a range of psychosocial problems that determine the trajectory of the adolescent’s moral development. However, the intangible nature of moral shielding makes it challenging to define and measure systematically.
An integrated strategy maximises cobenefits of conservation and restoration for ecosystem services in coastal wetlands
Abstract Coastal wetlands are among the most valuable but threatened ecosystems globally. Here we address the need to move beyond isolated, site-based restoration by developing an integrated spatial strategy that co-optimizes conservation and restoration to maximize multiple ecosystem benefits.
Isogeometric analysis of wing structures using multipatch parametrization and penalty-based coupling method - Scientific Reports
Abstract Geometric parametrization and structural analysis play a pivotal role in aircraft structural design. A chromosome-scale assembly and comparative genomics of the Yunnanopilia longistaminata - Scientific Data
Abstract Yunnanopilia longistaminata is a rare forest vegetable, distributed in Yunnan and Guangxi Provinces of southeastern China. It is characterized by a unique flavor and rich nutritional value, making it a potential resource for dietary and medicinal applications. However, the absence of a high quality reference genome has limited the comprehensive development and utilization of this valuable plant resource. In this study, we present the chromosome-level genome assembly of Y.

Potent and Long‐Lasting Immunogenicity Generated by LNP‐mRNA gE Antigen Against Varicella Zoster Virus via an AI‐Assisted Pipeline
1 Introduction Varicella zoster virus (VZV) is responsible for two distinct clinical manifestations: primary varicella infection (chickenpox) and herpes zoster (HZ). Varicella typically occurs during the initial infection with VZV, most commonly in children [1, 2]. As the primary varicella infection resolves, the virus remains latent in the posterior spinal root ganglion or cranial ganglion and can later reactivate to cause HZ, due to immunosuppression or an age-related reduction in immunity [3].

Mediating role of brain aging in the effect of white matter hyperintensities on post-stroke aphasia severity
1 Introduction White matter hyperintensities (WMH) are typical imaging markers of cerebral small vessel disease, characterized by hyperintensity on T2-weighted or fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) images in the periventricular and/or deep white matter regions (Fazekas et al., 1987; Kim et al., 2008). The prevalence of WMH increases with age, particularly among individuals aged > 60 years (de Leeuw et al., 2001; Van Leijsen et al., 2017).

Superior energy storage capacity of polymer-based bilayer composites by introducing 2D ferroelectric micro-sheets - Nature Communications
Abstract Dielectric polymer capacitors suffer from low discharged energy density and efficiency due to their low breakdown strength, small dielectric constant and large electric hysteresis. Herein, a synergistic enhancement strategy is proposed to significantly increase both breakdown strength and dielectric constant while suppressing hysteresis, through introducing 2-dimensional bismuth layer-structured Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 micro-sheets and designing a unique bilayer structure.
